Spices Grinding Plant

Three Stage Continuous Grinding System with Tray Dryer for various spices – Chilli, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, etc.
Hopper Fitted with Rare Earth Magnet & vibratory Feeder.
Closed Type Dust Collector with reverse pulse jet cleaning to ensure Dust free environment.
Pneumatic Conveying System with Ribbon Blender and Centralized Control Panel with the interlocking arrangement and other safety features suitable for controlling the complete spice plant.
All Product contact parts in SS 304, Paint: Epoxy of Reputed Make.
Output: 250 to 400 Kgs per hour depending on the material characteristics.

Spray Drying Plant

Reactor cum dissolution Vessel with agitator, the capacity of 750 Ltr X 2 Vessel.
Feed Tank with agitator with a capacity of 250 Ltr.
Rotary Atomizer with atomizer jacket and lubrication oil system for smooth operation.
Direct Gas Fired Hot Air Generator with Gas Burner.
Drying Chamber with Electromagnetic Hammers.
Cyclone Separator.
Output: 80 to 100 Kgs per hour depending on the material characteristics, Water Evaporation 150 Ltr per hour.
